Currently listing a property in Kent that’s not connected to the sewer,simply leaking sewage into the yard for years. Based on the current market I have a hard time believing that 10k reduction in price had anything to do with disclosing the sewage hazard/code violation. Seller knows was hiding the leak,broker was notified.The broken pipe was uncovered and simply covered back up.

Marie his wife what a great hep she was always there to answer any questions and keep us up to date on our escrow. Thanks Ken and all your staff you made the sale of our home which we lived in for over twenty years go from a true nightmare and days of tears thinking we can’t do this. But here we are sixty days later sitting pretty money in the bank no worries we have truly downsized and that big house which use to be home and that acre of land is now going to become someone else’s beautiful home.
